Terms of Service

Welcome to Waletix. By creating an account or using our mobile or web application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Waletix.

1. Overview

Waletix is a personal and business finance platform that lets you track expenses, income, sales, subscriptions, inventory, budgets, and receive AI-generated financial insights through WALI, your AI Finance Coach. Waletix is an organizational and educational tool and does not replace professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 13 years old to use Waletix.
  • • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • • If you use Waletix on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

  • • Using a strong password and keeping it confidential
  • • Not sharing your login credentials with others
  • • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Waletix is not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your actions or omissions.

4. Your Data

You may enter various types of information into Waletix, including expenses, income, sales, subscriptions, inventory, budgets, categories, and notes.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Waletix a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of operating the platform, generating dashboards, syncing across devices, and providing AI-based insights.

5. AI-Generated Content

WALI generates summaries, insights, and recommendations based on the data you provide. While we strive for helpful responses:

  • • AI output may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.
  • • You should treat AI responses as guidance, not professional advice.
  • • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on app data or AI output.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

Waletix may offer a paid subscription (“Waletix Pro”) that can include a free trial period. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.

After the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the price and interval shown at purchase (for example, a monthly plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device. Waletix does not collect or store your payment card details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Waletix to:

  • • Violate any laws or regulations
  • • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Service
  • • Reverse engineer or attempt to access private systems
  • • Abuse, harass, or harm others

8. Availability, Sync, and Backups

Waletix may sync your data across devices when you are online. While we work to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost, delayed, or corrupted. You are encouraged to keep separate backups of any critical financial documents outside of Waletix.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Waletix if:

  • • You violate these Terms
  • • We are required to do so by law
  • • We detect abuse, fraud, or security risks

You may delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account removes your data from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waletix and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on app data or AI-generated content. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When changes are significant, we will provide notice within the app or on our website.
