Data & account requests

You can request an export or deletion of your Waletix data. When you email us, please include:

  • • The email address you use for Waletix
  • • Whether you want an export or delete
  • • Any extra details that will help us verify your account

We typically process these requests within 5–7 business days.

Security & urgent issues

If you think your account has been compromised or you notice any suspicious activity:

  • • Change your password immediately in the app
  • • Log out on all devices
  • • Email us with the subject line “URGENT — ACCOUNT SECURITY”

We take security seriously and will prioritize these requests.
